Schedule a consultation We meet online to discuss your health goals, current work/life schedule, workout routine, diet, food allergies, food preferences, and how many meals per day you want. We review your current maintenance calories and talk through what’s realistic for your lifestyle.I'll run through what a sample meal plan and work routine would look like. We review payment options, if you decide to sign up. We will immediately start building your plan. Based on the criteria's we discussed
Meal plan will be built using the foods you enjoy, with the exact macros you need and the number of meals you prefer per day. Grocery list: I'll create a weekly shopping list for the foods required for your weekly plan, so you can hit the ground running.
Custom workout will be structured to fit the time you actually have, the equipment you can access (home or gym), and your experience and comfort level.
